Susan Flannery returns to 'B&B' as Stephanie Forrester.

The actors will be back for B&B’s 35th Anniversary on March 24th.

As just one of the two remaining original cast members of ‘Bold and The Beautiful’ John McCook and Katherine Kelly Lang are the actors one might expect to be at the center of the show’s 35th anniversary episode. Fans of the CBS soap can rest assured that Lang’s Brooke Logan and her former husband/father-in-law Eric Forrester (played by McCook) will be at the center of the proceedings.

The special episode will focus of the many loves of Brooke Logan

The Brooke-centric episode will focus on the five men in the course of her life that have captured her heart. Outside of the three aforementioned men, Brooke will get visited by two more of her suitors with the return of Windsor Harmon as Thorne Forrester and Jack Wagner as Nick Marone.

Jack Wagner’s return follows a similar return for ‘General Hospital’ during the show’s 50th Anniversary 2013

Jack Wagner is famous to most soap fans as Frisco Jones from ABC’s ‘General Hospital’. Wagner returned to GH for a brief stint in 2013 for that show’s anniversary. Before that Wagner had a nine year run as Nick Marone. As for Winsor Harmon, the actor played Thorne, the third Forrester man she was involved with from 1996 to 2016. Last we saw Thorne in 2019 when he was played by former General Hospital actor, Ingo Rademacher beginning in 2017.

Winsor Harmon reclaims his role for the first time since 2016;

Of course, despite the half-hour running time, the Los Angeles set soap opera will be making sure to add more than just two old standbys. The episode will be centered on Brooke Logan’s love life- which means viewers can expect to see the current Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) as well.

Expect to see regulars Ridge and Bill on-hand

Then there’s ‘Dollar’ Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) who is married to the love of his life, Katie Logan, who also happens to be Brooks sister. And while he married the right Logan sister- it doesn’t mean he hasn’t shared some intimate moments with Brooke in the past decade. But the four regularly featured cast members are not the only people viewers can look forward to seeing.

The fans can expect to see an appearance by Susan Flannery as the show’s beloved matriarch, Stephanie Forrester

However, the real news is that the iconic Susan Flannery will be making an appearance for the anniversary. The Daytime Emmy-winning actress was last seen in 2012 when her character succumbed to lung cancer. Despite the bad blood the women harbored through the entire show’s run, Stephanie passed away in Brooke’s arms.

Daytime-Emmy Winner Susan Flannery returns for the first time since a 2018 appearance

Susan Flannery wil other original cast member returning for the show’s anniversary. The actress has appeared as a voiceover in a previous episode for a cameo in 2018. The actress was front and center for nearly all twenty five years and her granddaughter who bears her namesake is front and center today.

How will Stephanie Forrester’s return will play out? That remains a mystery. And will she be comforting or will she clash with Brooke as she contemplates her tumultuous love life? Tune in through for the special anniversary episode on March 24th.
